ARAMARK Names Foss President and CEO 
ARAMARK named Eric Foss its chief executive officer and president. Foss was also elected to the ARAMARK Board of Directors. Joseph Neubauer, who served as CEO for 29 years, will remain as chairman of the board.

Lawrence to Become Darden’s Sr. VP and Chief Supply Chain Officer 
Jim Lawrence will become Darden Restaurants’ senior vice president and chief supply chain officer effective May 28, the first day of the company’s new fiscal year. He succeeds Barry Moullet.
Jack in the Box Promotes Comma 
Jack in the Box Inc. promoted Leonard Comma to president and CEO from executive vice president and chief operating officer. In his new role, Comma retains oversight of operations, restaurant development and franchising, and will now also oversee marketing for Jack in the Box restaurants.
