NSF International Calls for Nominations for 2012 Food Safety Leadership Awards
NSF International announced a call for nominations for the 2012 Food Safety Leadership Awards Program. In its ninth year, this program recognizes individuals that demonstrate outstanding food safety leadership in the food industry.
NRA Launches Supply Chain Management Executive Study Group
The National Restaurant Association has formed an executive study group to address issues surrounding supply chain management. The Supply Chain Management group will facilitate dialogue as well as a best practices exchange around a variety of issues, including the traceability of products.
