Oneida and Anchor Hocking Merge Under the EveryWare Global Umbrella 
Foodservice customers that use Oneida and Anchor Hocking products will now find these two brands going to market under the newly unified company EveryWare Global. Despite operating as one company, EveryWare Global will maintain the Oneida and Anchor Hocking brand names in the foodservice marketplace.
Thibert Becomes President of TriMark United East
Joseph Thibert is the new president of TriMark United East, a foodservice equipment and supplies dealership based in South Attleboro, Mass. Prior to the hiring of Thibert, Jerry Hyman served a dual role of president of TriMark United East and president and CEO of TriMark U.S.A., the dealership’s parent company. Hyman continues as president and chief executive officer of TriMark U.S.A.

CHG Bolsters Regional Sales Team
Component Hardware Group hired Michael Tuman as a business development manager. In his new role, Tuman assumes responsibility for accounts in the mid-Atlantic and Northeast for all CHG brands.
C-Store Sales Increase in Second Quarter
While consumer visits to convenience stores were essentially flat in the second quarter of 2012, sales did increase 5.9 percent compared to the same timeframe in 2011, according to data released by NPD Group, a market research firm. During the second quarter, 2.2 billion consumers visited a c-store.
