Restaurant industry veteran adds COO to his role.

Tossed added chief operating officer to Michael Toroyan's role within the restaurant chain. Toroyan also maintains his position as chief development officer.

Toroyan is a veteran of restaurant operations and consulting who became associated with Tossed slightly more than a year ago. Prior to his hiring at Tossed, Toroyan was a consultant to Pei Wei Asian Diner, Outback Steakhouse, Sweet Tomatoes, Red Robin Fine Burgers, Wendy's and Carrabba's Italian Grill, among others. He also served as a managing partner in a variety of restaurants.
