Veteran customer service pro joins the Louisville-based foodservice equipment and supplies manufacturer.
Nick Romanoff joined Winston Industries, a Louisville-based foodservice equipment manufacturer, as a customer service representative.
In his new role, Romanoff is responsible for assisting customers and service agents by processing parts orders, handling technical calls and tracking shipments.
