McDonough Becomes CEO of Heritage Food Service Group

Former ITW executive assumes leadership post for the commercial kitchen parts distributor.

John McDonough is the new chief executive officer for Heritage Food Service Group, Inc., a Ft. Wayne, Ind.-based commercial kitchen repair parts distributor. R. Bruce Dye will continue in his capacity as Heritage's chairman of the board.

A 20-plus-year foodservice industry veteran, McDonough most recently served as president of the ITW Food Equipment Group platform in North America.

In December 2011, Heritage was acquired by The Jordan Company, a private equity firm.
