Winston Industries, a Louisville-based foodservice equipment manufacturer, named Greg Siegelman its vice president of marketing. Siegelman’s background is in business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing and branding. He also has experience in distribution channels, as well as in operations, finance, and supply chain management.
