Carucci Promoted to President of Yum!

Grismer tapped to fill Carucci's CFO post.

Yum! Brands, Inc. (NYSE: YUM) promoted Rick Carucci to president from chief financial officer. In addition, Yum! promoted Patrick Grismer to CFO from chief planning and control officer.

As part of his new responsibilities, the leaders of Taco Bell, KFC and Pizza Hut in the U.S., Yum! Restaurants International (YRI) and Corporate Finance will now report to Carucci.

Continuing to report to David Novak, the chairman and CEO of Yum!, are the CEOs of China and India, and the company's functional leaders.
