New England Rep Group Adds Test Kitchen and Salesperson

Dave Swain Associates' new location spurs changes.

Dave Swain Associates, a Westford, Mass.-based independent foodservice manufacturers' rep firm, announced that Tim DeGraves has joined its team in a sales role. DSA also announced the company has moved into a new 9,000-square-foot location that includes a 1,500-square-foot test kitchen.

DSA will use its new test kitchen to train dealers and end users on how to use the lines it markets, to unveil new products and host seminars for foodservice professionals in the area.

In his new role, DeGraves is responsible for increasing DSA's refrigerated product side of the business and help with the firm's expansion into retail segments. Most recently, he was part of the sales staff at Bally Refrigerated Boxes in Morehead City, N.C.
