New name focuses on sustainability and the firm's foodservice expertise.

Greg Christian Consulting, a Chicago-based foodservice consulting firm has changed its name to Beyond Green: Sustainable Food Partners.

"We remain committed to our mission to help organizations which provide foodservice to grow their business while thriving as leaders in sustainability, partnering with them to turn hopes and ideals into a measurable strategy for change," says founder Greg Christian.
