Cate Appointed CEO of AllPoints

Retiring CEO will remain on board.

As part of its planned succession process, AllPoints Holdings, Inc., a distributor of foodservice equipment parts and supplies, announced the retirement of CEO John M. Hanby and the appointment of Michael C. Cate as CEO and a member of the board of directors.

Most recently Cate served as vice president and general sales manager of Staples Print Solutions. His prior experience includes senior executive positions at Pepsico Food Systems, Corporate Express and Global Docugraphix.

Hanby will remain on the board of directors and act as a consultant to AllPoints.
