Robert Towers has resigned as president and chief executive officer of Ark Restaurants Corp. (NASDAQ:ARKR). Towers has been with Ark for 28 years.

Ark Restaurants owns and operates 20 restaurants and bars, 28 fast food concepts and catering operations in various major metropolitan markets.
