Restaurant veteran Rothschild takes the helm

Hooters of America, LLC named Sam Rothschild chief operating officer.

Rothschild's background includes more than two decades of executive experience working with restaurant chains. He served as senior vice president of company and franchise operations for Applebee's from 2003 to 2011. His previous experience includes three years with Tony Roma's and 13 years with Metromedia Restaurant Group in several executive roles.
