Frozen dessert chain continues its expansion plans

Tasti D-Lite, a frozen dessert chain, announced the acquisition of Planet Smoothie, LLC, a franchise system with more than 100 units.

The acquisition is intended to improve sales and accelerate growth through co-branding initiatives. The stores will carry each other's products.
