BRIO Tuscan Grille, a BRAVO | BRIO Restaurant Group (NASDAQ:BBRG) concept, opened a restaurant in Boca Raton, its eighth Florida restaurant. This is the sixth BRIO Tuscan Grille to open in 2011 and the seventh restaurant for BBRG this year, which owns and operate 92 restaurants.

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. (NASDAQ: BWLD) announced plans to acquire 15 franchised units located in Ohio and South Carolina from franchisees David Fisher, Eric Lundgren, John Slaughenhaupt and Brad Haber.

The Chalak Group Inc., the Dallas-based parent company of Ghengis Grill, purchased the 11-unit Baker Bros American Deli, a fast-casual chain with 11 locations.

IHOP, a Dine Equity concept, opened a fast-casual location in San Diego. The company tested these units on college campuses and military bases.

Pie Five Pizza Co., the fast-casual concept from Pizza Inn Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:PZZI), opened a location in Dallas.

Pizza chain Sbarro had its plan of reorganization approved by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
