D&W Fine Pack to Acquire CM Packaging Group

North American packaging company expands its product offerings

 

 

D&W Fine Pack LLC, a foodservice packaging company, signed an agreement to acquire CM Packaging Group of Lake Zurich, Ill., a manufacturer of rigid plastic thermoformed containers and aluminum containers.

The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and a vote by the participants in CM Packaging Group's employee stock ownership plan.
