Karam Exits Wendy's

QSR executive returns to his franchise role.

David Karam, president of Wendy's North America, announced he will be leaving the company at the end of 2011. Karam will return to Cedar Enterprises, his business that operates 151 Wendy's restaurants in six states.

Wendy's (NYSE:WEN) President and CEO Emil Brolick will assume the responsibilities of the vacated position.
