The BCA, an organization devoted to promoting education and diversity within the foodservice industry, will be holding its eighth annual Global Food and Wine Experience in New York City on Friday, November 18, 2011.

Over 50 chefs, wine and spirit merchants, food lovers and culinary students will come together in celebration of the latest trends in food and wine.
