Beckman to Join Wusthof as Western Sales Manager

Cutlery manufacturer taps former dealer and rep to join sales force.

Mark Beckman will become the new western regional sales manager for cutlery manufacturer Wusthof effective Nov. 1.

Beckman comes to Wusthof from Preferred Marketing Group, a California-based independent manufacturers' rep firm where he most recently served as operations manager. He first joined PMG in 2006 working as a territory sales manager. Beckman began his foodservice career in 2004 working as an outside sales rep in the Los Angeles area for R.W. Smith & Co., a San Diego, Calif.-based foodservice equipment and supplies dealership

In his new role, Beckman will work with dealers and some end-user customers.
