Fazoli’s Names Hodges VP of Operations

Former Dunkin' Brands exec named vice president of operations as chain launches expansion program

Fazoli's, a quick-service Italian concept, named Al Hodges vice president of operations. A 30-year foodservice executive, Hodges comes to Fazoli's from Dunkin' Brands, where he was a regional vice president.

In his new position, Hodges will oversee all company and franchise operations. Fazoli's operates or franchises more than 220 restaurants. Hodges also served as president of the Southern Division of RTM Arby's, including Mrs. Winners, and vice president of marketing for Cinnabon. Before that, he was director of food operations for Target Stores.
