Company veteran returns
Centerplate named industry veteran Gary Prell to the post of vice president of culinary development.
Prell returns to the company after having served as president and CEO of the Professional Culinary Institute, a culinary arts school in Northern California. Previously Prell has spent a decade in various senior management positions at Centerplate.
