Restaurant industry veteran Dennis Farrow has taken on the role of COO for El Pollo Loco, Inc. Prior to joining El Pollo Loco, Farrow was COO of IHOP Corp., senior vice president of operations for Wendy's and senior director of operations for Taco Bell.
