McDonald’s Announces Leadership Moves

McDonald's Corporation (NYSE:MCD) announced several changes to its management line-up.

The company's board of directors elected to move Doug Goare from executive vice president of McDonald's Global Supply Chain and Real Estate Development to president of McDonald's Europe, effective October 1. Goare is replacing Steve Easterbrook, who recently resigned to take a role with Gondola Group.

Jose Armario, current group president of McDonald's Canada and Latin America will succeed Goare and also lead the company's efforts in developing locations for McDonald's restaurants around the world.
