Papa Bello Enterprises Acquired by Sycamore Ventures

Sycamore Ventures, a San Diego-based venture capital firm, has acquired ownership control of Papa Bello Enterprises, Inc. Under the terms of the acquisition, Papa Bello Enterprises has become a majority owned subsidiary of Sycamore Ventures.

Papa Bello Enterprises is a multi-concept restaurant operator and franchisor. The company got its start by opening Papa Bello Pizza, a full-service restaurant in Hannibal, Mo., and expanded its lineup to include Kebab Café, Pastores Italian Bistro and Royal India Express. Papa Bello's headquarters are now in San Diego.
