Harter New President of Restaurants Unlimited

Former Levy Restaurants President Chris Harter has assumed the chief executive officer role for Seattle-based Restaurants Unlimited. Both companies are multi-concept operators.

Founded in 1969 and owned by Sun Capital Partners, Restaurants Unlimited operates 46 restaurants under 14 brands. Its roster of dining concepts includes single location brands Portland City Grill, Palisade, Scott's, Skates, and Henry's Tavern. The company's multi-unit brands include Kincaid's, Palomino Restaurant and Bar and Stanford's. The restaurants are located in 11 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, with the majority in Oregon and Washington.
