Rational Opens Chicago Culinary Education Center

Foodservice equipment manufacturer Rational USA has opened a 1,200-sq.-ft. culinary education center in Chicago.

Located at 203 N. Wabash St., Rational will use this venue to educate chefs from all segments of the foodservice industry and allow them to work with the manufacturer's equipment.
