TurboChef Taps Pool for President Role

Longtime engineer James K. Pool III replaces the retiring Paul Lehr as president of TurboChef.

James K. Pool III was named president of TurboChef, a division of The Middleby Corporation (NASDAQ: MIDD). In his new position, Pool, who replaces the retiring Paul Lehr, will direct the day-to-day sales and operations for TurboChef, which is based in Carrollton, Texas.

Pool joined TurboChef in 1995 and has served as the brand's principal engineer during the past decade, according to a company release. In this capacity Pool also led procurement, customer service and manufacturing, overseeing each of these facets of the TurboChef business.

Prior to joining TurboChef, Pool cooked professionally in hotels and restaurants.
