Veteran businessman Richard Babboni was named president of Victory Refrigeration, which is part of the Ali Group North America

Babboni has more than 20 years executive management experience in North America and Europe including serving as general manager of the Ali Group's COF Refrigeration Division in Lucca, Italy.
