AHF Announces Conference Dates, Speakers

The Association for Healthcare Foodservice (AHF), a national professional association dedicated to operators and business partners in the self-operated healthcare foodservice industry, will host its annual conference June 5 - 9 in Phoenix at the Arizona Biltmore.
With a theme of Destination by Design – Sharing Our Influence to Shape Our Future, the conference will feature a variety of educational seminars, networking events and more.
Some of the AHF Annual Conference highlights include:
- The AHF Annual Culinary Competition, which takes place June 7 and features culinary teams from across the country that consist of a chef and foodservice director from a healthcare facility.
- Motivational speaker Eric Saperston, who will team with recording artist Edwin McCain to deliver one of the general sessions. Their joint presentation interweaves Saperston's stories from interviewing more than 200 people in search of wisdom and inspiration with several of McCain's notable songs
Other featured conference presenters include Janine E. Oberstadt, owner/principal of Foodprint; Don Wegmiller, chairman and co-founder of C-Suite Resources; and Doc Hendley, founder and president of Wine To Water.
