Miles New President of Zoës Kitchen

Fast-casual restaurant chain Zoës Kitchen announces some changes to its senior management.

Kevin Miles was appointed president of Zoës Kitchen, a 45 store fast-casual restaurant chain. As a result, Greg Dollarhyde, the chain's chairman and chief executive officer, will return to his position as executive chairman.

Miles previously served as Zoës chief operating officer. He joined Zoës in May 2009 as vice president of operations and has more than 20 years of senior executive-level operating experience in the fast-casual restaurant business, working previously at La Madeleine, Baja Fresh Mexican Grill and Pollo Campero.
