P.F. Chang's Announces Management Transition Plan

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. (NASDAQ:PFCB) announced that co-CEO Bert Vivian will retire from the company when its 2011 fiscal year concludes Jan. 1, 2012. Vivian has served as co-CEO of P.F. Chang's since January 2009.

 

Over the course of 2011, Rick Federico will assume responsibility for P.F. Chang's development team in addition to his current oversight of operations, marketing and people services. Mark Mumford, CFO, will assume responsibility for the legal and supply chain management teams in addition to his current oversight of finance and management information systems.

Vivian previously served as P.F. Chan's president CFO. He joined the company in 1996.
