Dubey Joins Centerplate Team

Michael Dubey, a 30-year veteran of the foodservice industry, is the newest member of the Centerplate team.
Centerplate, a contract foodservice provider specializing in stadiums and convention centers, appointed Michael Dubey to head its operations in Southern California and the Hawaiian Islands. He will be based at Qualcomm Stadium, home of the San Diego Chargers, and have additional senior oversight responsibility for the company's Hawaii locations, including Aloha Stadium, Hilo and Kona Airports, and the Ala Moana Regional Park.
A 30-year industry veteran Dubey's experience includes tenures as a vice president of food and beverage for Americrown, overseeing hospitality at 11 NASCAR racetracks; and regional vice president for Aramark, overseeing food service, catering, and retail merchandise services for eight venues.
