All Points Foodservice Parts & Supplies Purchased

AllPoints Foodservice Parts & Supplies has a new owner: KRG Capital Partners.

KRG Capital Partners (KRG), a Denver-based private equity firm, has acquired Consolidated Equipment Parts, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiaries, including AllPoints Foodservice Parts & Supplies and Tundra Specialties Inc., from Pfingsten Partners, L.L.C. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Mt. Prospect, Ill.-based AllPoints is a distributor of replacement parts and supplies for cooking and warming equipment, refrigeration, warewashing and food preparation equipment. The company distributes its product through four distribution centers.

This deal represents KRG's third investment in the business services and distribution market.
