The Passing of Structural Concepts’ Rod Herrington

Rodney Herrington, eastern region sales manager for Structural Concepts Corporation, passed away Oct. 31, 2010 at the age of 51 after a three year battle with leukemia.

Herrington worked in the foodservice industry for more than 25 years and joined Structural Concepts in 2005. A Certified Foodservice Professional, Herrington also worked for such foodservice equipment manufacturers as Kolpak, Thermo-Kool and Leggett & Platt.

Active in both his church and community, Herrington is survived by his wife, Darlene; son Josh and daughter Liz. Donations in his memory may be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, 404 BNA Drive, Suite 102, Nashville, Tenn., 7217-2517.
