Standex Acquires Tri-Star Manufacturing

Standex Foodservice Equipment Group has acquired the assets of Tri-Star Manufacturing Company, a Santa Ana, Calif.-based maker of cooking equipment.

Tri-Star’s product line includes ranges, fryers, griddles, convection ovens, salamanders, char broilers and hot plates. In addition to its Santa Ana location, Tri-Star has a manufacturing facility in Mexico.
