Members of the foodservice industry are very passionate about their businesses and the tools of their trade, namely equipment and supplies. Thanks to FE&S' close relationship with our readers, we have been able to identify several product categories from our 2010 Best in Class Study that required us to revisit and amend a few previously published winners.

We have worked closely with the relevant parties to update our results to ensure the most accurate and complete usage and comprehensive product and awareness study for the foodservice equipment and supplies industry.

To continue to improve the usefulness of this research FE&S is in the process of assembling a panel of industry thought leaders who will help us review product categories and descriptions prior to fielding any manufacturer's brand name in an aided study.
