Luby's Acquires Fuddruckers

In a deal valued at $63.5 million, Luby's, Inc. (NYSE:LUB) announced it has purchased Fuddruckers, Inc. and its sister brand, Koo Koo Roo.

Combined, these two concepts have 59 company-operated and 129 franchised operations, which will continue to operate under their existing names and formats, according to a Luby's release.
