Tomlinson acquires assets of Fusion Commercial

Cleveland-based Tomlinson has purchased the assets of Fusion Commercial, LLC, which is located in Wauwatosa, Wis. Fusion Commercial’s line of products includes countertop pizza and snack ovens and merchandisers; popcorn poppers and cart; warmers, heat lamps, and buffet servers.

Tomlinson plans to distribute its Fusion brand products from the company’s Cleveland facility, which will also manage sales and customer service for the newly acquired lines.
