Colwin Heads Up Wüsthof's Newly Created Foodservice Division

German cutlery manufacturer Wüsthof has established a foodservice division for the U.S. market. Leading this new division is industry veteran Bill Colwin, Wüsthof's vice president of sales for foodservice and hospitality.

Prior to joining Wüsthof, Colwin was vice president of sales/national accounts manager at Mercer Tool Corporation, a manufacturer of commercial cutlery. Colwin's background also includes an 11-year tenure with Friedr Dick Corp.
