Private equity firm Mason Wells has acquired Structural Concepts Corporation from founder James Doss, his family and members of the management team. Mason Wells will own Structural Concepts along with members of the current management team and other co-investors.
SCC designs and manufactures temperature-controlled food and beverage display cases for foodservice operators and supermarkets. The Muskegon, Mich.-based company was founded in 1972 by Doss.
