Benjamin (Todd) Coutee was promoted to chief operating officer for Luby’s, a multi-concept operator of such chains as Luby’s Cafeteria, Fuddruckers and Cheeseburger in Paradise.

Coutee has a background that includes serving as sr. vice president of operations for Luby’s culinary contract services and as sr. vice president of operations at Luby's Cafeterias and Fuddruckers.

In conjunction with this management change, Peter Tropoli became general counsel for Luby's Inc. Tropoli has served in various senior executive management positions at the company for more than 18 years and has a broad range of corporate management, restaurant industry and public company legal experience, per a release announcing these transitions.
