Fuzzy's Taco Shop named David Catalano chief operating officer for the Texas-based fast-casual concept. Catalano most recently served in a similar role for Logan’s Roadhouse.

His background includes senior leadership positions with such restaurant chains as Hard Rock Café and TGI Friday’s. He was also a Twin Peaks franchisee.
Now in its 17th year of operation, Fuzzy’s Taco operates 144 restaurants across 12 states and has 17 locations in development, per a company release.
