S2O Consultants, an Illinois-based foodservice consulting firm, has hired Tracy Taraski to serve as a project manager/designer. Tracy Taraski

A veteran of the foodservice consulting industry, Taraski’s background includes a concentration on sports venues. She previously spent the past 22 years in a similar role with the Bigelow Companies. Her background also includes working with such foodservice industry manufacturers as Salvajor.

Taraski is the 2015 recipient of FE&S’ Top Achiever – Consultant award.
