Wings ‘N More Austin named Darrel Oribello managing partner for the Texas-based casual-dining chain. In his new role, Oribello’s duties will include focusing on enhancing the guest experience and updating and introducing new menu items. In addition to leading Wings ‘N More Austin, Darrel will also manage two other restaurant concepts, Tojo’s Wing Grill, in Round Rock, and Austin sports bar Thirsty Turtle. All three concepts are owned by Wings LLC.

Prior to his role at Wings ‘N More, Oribello transformed Curry Up Now, a concept with an Indian-themed menu, from a food truck into an upscale quick-service restaurant with more than six locations in the Bay Area as well as developing its franchise partnership plans.
