Roy Rogers Restaurants appointed Jeremy Biser executive vice president. 
Jeremy BiserBiser joins the Western-themed quick-serve restaurant chain from Dunkin Brands Group Inc., where he most recently was vice president, international operating systems, learning, food safety and equipment. His background also includes working with Starbucks.
In his new role, Biser will oversee all aspects of the Roy Rogers brand.
