Roy’s Restaurants Names Crawford COO

 

John Crawford was promoted to COO for Roy’s Restaurants. He joined the company in October as vice president of operations.

In announcing Crawford’s promotion, the company cited his collaborative efforts with its chefs to enhance the restaurant chain’s menu. 

Crawford is a 30-year veteran of the restaurant industry. His background includes working with such companies Ruth’s Chris and Metromedia Restaurant Group.
