Winholt Equipment Group promoted Dominick Scarfogliero to president and CEO. He had served as Winholt’s president and chief operating officer since January 2009.
Scarfogliero joined Winholt Equipment in 1993 as vice president of operations and information technology. Prior to joining Winholt, he had experience in the consumer electronics’ industry.
