Rippe Associates, a Minnesota-based foodservice consulting firm, added Darren Peterson to its college and university team. A 23-year veteran of the foodservice industry, Peterson comes to Rippe Associates from North Dakota State University, where he served as director of dining.

Peterson’s 10 years of college and university experience includes leadership positions at Gonzaga University and the University of South Dakota. His background also includes working in the hotel, convention center and arena segment.
