Headquarters will move to Las Colinas, Texas.
Pan-Asian fast-casual chain Pei Wei Asian Diner announced plans to relocate to the Dallas-Fort Worth area following news that it is in the process of separating from parent company P.F. Chang’s China Bistro.
The physical move reflects the process of separating operationally, Pei Wei CEO John “J.” Hedrick said in a release announcing the relocation. He added that it was too early to announce exactly how many employees would make the move from Scottsdale, Ariz., to the new headquarters in Las Colinas, Texas.
A new state-of-the-art test kitchen will be built at the new headquarters to accommodate recipe tests and ongoing menu refinements, according to the release.
