CKE Restaurants Holdings, Inc. parent company of Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s, appointed Jason Marker to serve as the company’s chief executive officer. Marker is expected to start as CEO in April, per a release announcing the news.
Marker comes to CKE from Kentucky Fried Chicken U.S., where he served as president. His background also includes senior leadership roles at KFC International and Unilever.
